IMS Policy
Our IMS policy stems from our chosen mission, which is To create an innovative and profitable organisation, ensuring:
- increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of our customers by providing highly specialised, comprehensive and innovative automation and electrical power solutions,
- satisfying value for Owners,
- enabling employees to develop, based on social ethics, the transfer of knowledge and skills.
The success of our company is based on our ability to identify and meet the requirements of our customers in a way that ensures the highest quality of service, while taking care of the health and life of our employees, the environment as well as the security of the information entrusted to us.
The IMS policy of SPIE Energotest sp. z o.o. is based on the constant pursuit of being a reference and preferred company by our customers. We intend to make it a reality by:
- focusing on identifying customers' needs and solving their problems,
- continuously innovating and improving its operations,
- monitoring customer feedback, enabling it to accurately meet customer requirements and expectations,
- employing competent and highly qualified staff,
- providing the resources and means necessary to achieve its objectives,
- complying with legal and other requirements,
- preventing occupational accidents, occupational diseases, and near misses by systematically identifying hazards and controlling risks and reducing them to an acceptable level,
- continuous improvement of IMS activities through the use of the latest scientific and technical developments and past experience, aiming to achieve higher quality of products and services offered and customer service,
- improving employees' awareness and responsibility in the field of health and safety by creating a safety culture and cooperation among all employees,

- preventing environmental accidents, continuously improving environmental protection activities and raising the awareness and responsibility of employees to protect and care for the environment,
- ensuring, that the provisions of this IMS Policy are known and communicated to all employees and are implemented and maintained at all levels of the Company,
- ensuring that the availability, confidentiality and integrity of information entrusted to us is maintained, both unclassified and protected with particular regard to personal data supervised by the established personal data security policy,
- guarantee the required level of security of the information processed,
- continuously reduce the occurrence of threats to the security of the information entrusted to us.
Our employees are aware that only individual responsibility for the quality, safety and hygiene of their work and environmental protection as well as full identification
with the company guarantees the achievement of the set goals.
