NC RfG / NC DC Compliance Testing and Installation Commissioning

NC RfG / NC DC ACCEPTANCE TESTING

SPIE Energotest performs acceptance testing of electrical systems and equipment (including power system automation and SAS systems) for PSE (Polish Transmission System Operator) prior to the connection of new and modernised power generation modules and demand facilities to the National Power System (KSE). As part of our services, we prepare both general and detailed testing procedures in accordance with the requirements of the Transmission Network Code (IRiESP) and the NC RfG and NC DC network codes. We actively participate in the execution of tests and prepare comprehensive test reports.

Scope of expertise

  • EON, ION and FON procedures – Energisation Operational Notification, Interim Operational Notification and Final Operational Notification
  • Functional tests required by TSOs and DSOs
  • Commissioning of protection and power system automation schemes
  • Testing and commissioning of power evacuation systems within EON, ION and FON procedures
  • MV switchgear and auxiliary power systems, particularly during the EON stage
  • 110 kV substations for generation and demand facilities
  • SCADA / DCS systems
  • Cooperation with TSOs and DSOs during acceptance testing and commissioning activities
