XXIV SPIE ENERGOTEST Conference
"Automation in Electrical Power Engineering"

Another conference was held on 10 - 12 May 2023 at the Bachleda Kasprowy Hotel in Zakopane, which was devoted to important current and future issues concerning automation, control systems, electrical equipment and systems in transmission, distribution, in utility and industrial power and CHP plants and RES. The conference was organised by SPIE Energotest Sp. z o.o. from Gliwice. Substantive patronage was held by Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne SA and the Economic Society Polish Power Plants. The media patronage was held by Wiadomości Elektrotechniczne.

The seminar was attended by more than 220 people representing the domestic electric power industry (transmission, distribution, generation) and industrial power industry, engineering companies, academic centres and cooperating companies from the country.
Participants of the meeting were welcomed and officially opened by SPIE Energotest Marketing Director Michał Kazmierczak. In his speech, he presented the subject matter of the individual sessions, the history of previous conferences, the history of new fields developed in the company, the ownership changes that have taken place over the last few years and wished the participants fruitful deliberations and constructive technical discussions.
