CODE OF CONDUCT FOR SUPPLIERS AND SUBCONTRACTORS

In line with its responsible sourcing policy, SPIE expects each of its suppliers
and subcontractors of services to adhere to the principles set out in the Code. These include human rights, international labour standards, environmental protection and business ethics. At the same time, companies have a fundamental obligation to comply with national and international laws and regulations.

The Code presented here are procedures that we encourage all our contractors to follow.

Ethics

CODE OF ETHICS AND SIGNALISATION PROCEDURE FOR IMPROVEMENTS

Consistent with how important the issue of accountability is to us, SPIE adheres to the highest standards of ethics and integrity. This is not only to ensure that our practices comply with applicable laws and regulations, but also to earn and maintain the trust of our stakeholders over the long term. We have set out our principles of conduct in the Code of Ethics as well as in the Code of Ethics Implementation Manual, made available to all employees. Our employees and contractors can also report any behaviour they consider to be unethical through SPIE's Reporting and Processing Procedure.

Our commitment to the highest standards of ethics and integrity

In July 2022, SPIE published a new Code of Ethics and Reporting and Processing Procedure. In doing so, SPIE committed to the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

Values

Effectiveness, local proximity and responsibility are the three key values that shape the corporate culture of our organisation.

They are the most important guidepost for our actions and decisions, which is why we consistently implement them in all areas of our business. We recruit professionals who embody the SPIE values and effectively apply their expertise in their daily work. Their attitude underpins the Group's leadership principles and is an integral part of our ethical standards.

Values that build relationships with our stakeholders

As the company's main shareholders, our employees play a key role in the energy and digital transformation: it is they who, on a daily basis, translate SPIE's strategy into concrete actions that respond to our customers' needs. Shared values underpin the knowledge of our employees and underpin the relationships we build with SPIE's stakeholders.

1. EFFICIENCY

We strive to be 'best in class' - in terms of our performance and service to our customers - and to act ethically and responsibly in doing so. Achieving best-in-class results and being able to find and develop talent will allow SPIE to remain independent and in charge of its future.

2. LOCAL proximity

Close to operations, close to our clients, close to our employees: local proximity allows us to better understand the needs of our partners, to respond appropriately and to be proactive.

3. RESPONSIBILITY

We take responsibility for everything we do. Work safety is our most important responsibility. There is no room for compromise here. We protect and support society and the environment. In doing so, we act ethically and with an awareness of responsibility. We pay attention to the support and further training of our employees, an ecological and socially responsible economy, and the sustainability of our company.
