The SPIE Energotest Design and Analysis Division provides customers with the highest quality design services, developed continuously since 2000. Using advanced design competencies, we offer support in power automation and power system design. With our broad portfolio, covering both conventional and renewable energy sources, we are a key partner in the power transformation. Multi-discipline STATION DESIGN IN THE AREA OF ELECTRIC ENERGY TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION
In this area, our core competence is the comprehensive development of multi-discipline design documentation, both in technical and formal-legal terms, for each stage of the implementation of an investment related to either the modernisation, expansion or construction of a new WN/SN substation. Depending on the method of implementation chosen by the Investor, we develop:
- concepts and basic designs,
- construction designs together with formal and legal documentation and necessary administrative decisions and branch arrangements,
- functional-utility programmes (PFU),
- guidelines for the implementation of the investment (WRI),
- costing documentation (PR and KI),
- executive designs,
- as-built documentation.
The offered documentation covers both the scope of the so-called primary circuits, i.e. power circuits, as well as secondary circuits, i.e. control, protection, signalling, measurements, recording, station automatics, communication, SOT, etc. We are also competent in the development of project documentation for HV cable lines. This competence relates to both the technical and formal parts and allows us to offer design development services:
- construction projects together with formal and legal documentation and the necessary administrative decisions and sectoral agreements,
- projects of guaranteed/basic data,
- executive designs,
- as-biult documentation.
In each of these areas, we provide Designer Supervision services and are ready to act as a Design Supervisor or Contract Engineer.

DESIGNS FOR POWER PLANT AND ELECTRICITY PLANT
This is an area where our design competence is focused around widely understood power automation systems dedicated to power derivation systems from small, medium and large power units. In this area we develop Detailed Designs and As-Built Documentation for the systems:
- electrical protection automation,
- excitation and synchronisation,
- control systems,
- generator voltage regulation,
- energy metering and billing,
- disruption registration,
- control and supervisory systems (SCADA).
Our design competence in this area also includes the scope related to the power supply of own and general needs of generating units in the scope of medium voltage (MV), low voltage (LV) and guaranteed DC and AC voltages.
We offer the development of Basic, Detailed and As-Built Designs for MV, LV, guaranteed AC and DC voltage switchgears and the loads supplied from them. The offer concerns the electrical branch in the scope of primary and secondary circuits, including automatic changeover devices (АВР/PPZ), protections, including arc protection and others. DEDICATED DESIGNS IN INDUSTRY
The scope of design competence dedicated to industry is primarily electrical engineering supported by structural and civil engineering for the design of electrical installations and equipment in connection with their installation in existing premises, often adopted or converted for this purpose.
The offer concerns design work for primary and secondary circuits of power supply and distribution systems, including GPZ, MV, LV switchgears, DC and AC guaranteed voltages, power and distribution transformers, reactive power compensation systems as well as electrical power and lighting installations.
As part of this offer, we are developing:
- programmatic and spatial concepts and basic designs,
- executive designs,
- as-biult documentation,
- network analyses.
