Personal data

Respecting your right to privacy and wanting to ensure that we protect the personal data we process, we present our Privacy Policy.

It contains the principles we follow when processing your personal data and the information required by the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO).

3. Your personal data will be processed for the proper implementation of the concluded agreements, and for purposes related to the conducted business activity, including the organisation of trainings, workshops, seminars, the organisation of conferences and fairs.
4. The basis for data processing is the realisation of the above. purposes which result from the legitimate interests of the controller or third parties in the performance of a contract or taking action at your request
5. The recipients of your personal data may be/will be:
   Postal Poland, courier/transport companies, 
   authorised contractors of the controller, 
   public authorities to whom the data are transferred under the provisions of law.
6. The data controller shall store your personal data for the period of execution of the concluded Agreement in connection with which they are processed, and after its termination for the period required by applicable laws, as well as for the period of limitation of claims.
7. Your personal data shall not be subject to automated processing, including profiling under the terms of Article 22 RODO
8. You have the right to: 
   access to your personal data,
   request the rectification or in certain cases the erasure of your personal data,
   request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,
   right to object to the processing of your data on grounds of particular situation 
   deletion of your data in cases justified in the Regulation.
9. The provision of your personal data is voluntary, however, if you do not provide it, the Administrator may not be able to fulfil the purpose for which it was requested.
