06.08.2025

We invite you to the latest interview in the series "SPIE Energotest - People and Energy", in which we talk to Anna Hachuła - Director of Sales of the Systems and Automation Division at SPIE Energotest.

Please tell us about your role at SPIE Energotest - what do you do on a daily basis and how does your work affect the functioning of the company?

Since 2012 I have been working at SPIE Energotest in Gliwice, where I passionately lead the sales team in the Systems and Automation Division, being responsible for planning, implementation and optimisation of commercial activities, obtaining and negotiating contracts. My goal is not only to achieve the assumed sales results, but also to consistently increase the company's market share through identification of new business opportunities and customer acquisition.

On a daily basis, I cooperate with technical and operational departments to ensure high quality customer service from the offer phase to implementation and service.

In my work, I place great emphasis on building and developing long-term relationships with customers - based on trust, understanding their needs and offering comprehensive and tailored technical solutions in an era of dynamic technology development and frequent changes in legal regulations.

My activities are focused on building SPIE Energotest's position as a reliable partner.

What challenges in the energy industry do you find most inspiring or difficult and how do SPIE Energotest's products help solve them?

Today, one of the most inspiring challenges in the energy industry is the energy transition - moving away from coal-based technologies to renewable energy sources, while maintaining stability and security of energy supply.

A key element of this change is the need to effectively manage the variability of RES sources, which requires the implementation of modern solutions, such as, for example, the control and monitoring systems we offer to our customers.

SPIE Energotest is renowned for its innovative solutions - which products or technologies do you particularly like and why?

At SPIE Energotest, we actively respond to the challenges currently facing the energy industry by creating advanced solutions to support its transformation. In particular, I would like to draw attention to our proprietary control and monitoring system ECONTROLoze.

This system enables precise real-time control and optimisation of RES generation sources and energy storage, supporting energy efficiency, operational reliability and compliance with power market requirements and changing regulations. This cutting-edge tool significantly assists our customers in achieving their operational and strategic goals.

In my daily work, I promote its implementation, seeing it as an example of a practical innovation that effectively faces the challenges of today's energy market.
